My theory for how Deltarune ends is that the humans end up blaming the monsters for the roaring and kill off a lot of monsters, the monsters and humans go to war, and Kris ends up being locked up in Mt. Ebott with Asgore, Toriel, Asriel, and the rest of the monsters while also changing their name to Chara to disassociate with the humans, eventually going crazy and plotting to use Asriel to help kill Asgore but ultimately dying themself as explained in Undertale.

Fun fact : Toriel is stronger than we think. She can eject Asgore with a single flame. She didn't use all his power against us because she don't want to kill us. The only reason she loose against Undyne in the neutral ending is because Undyne have an army of monster behind her ans Toriel don't want to kill them.

One error i saw is that toriel said "many monster lives were gone along with many human lives" this is wrong as it is canon that many monsters died but not a single human died which,makes sense as even if 1 human died,asgore would have had god like powers,killed more humans and won the war
