For people that want to know why narrator said 'Oh, I get it! Because... Yes! It all makes sense now!' (speculations): Narrator 'gets it', because that green beam destroyed Alien Hominids space ship (Alien Hominid), killed Honeyhug (Pit People was then propably planned) and propably teleported Hatty to Castle Crashers universe (because the hat in Castle Craahers don't have red glow).

Behemoth, finish this thing. Hatty clearly didn't die, his friends would love him too much to let him, but unfortunately he did fall off, but in the end the S.S. Friendship made it back to an island where Hatty was given medical treatment and they all shared coca and hugs. It would be nice to see this ending animated though. But that was just a theory. And the narrator may be Hatty himself. Maybe when they got home they decided that it would be nice to get away from sailing and put up a puppet show. So maybe this isn't such an unhappy ending. Like, who would make a song about buckling pants other than friends like them? So, Behemoth, animate this if they ever have to go back to the island to get rid of cats taking over the world or something like that.

Ok, this is MY THEORY about the story So, there’s this ship names S.S. Friendship, crashed in an island due to strong storm, crashed into an island with a spooky theatre owned by a man(I forgot his name) who wears a hat that glows red, he died because of a pass dump problem, thrown into sea and eaten by sharks, meanwhile, the crew had separated, and YOU seen Hatty being held by the cats, forced hatty to wear it, when he wore the hat he might die, hatty was taken to gift shop and YOU being a prisoner(or performer), your job is to save hatty and escape the theater, but you figured out he is lifeless, you thrown him into sea(buckle you pants playing) and hatty’s soul has trapped in the hat, hearing his “NO NO NO” and a beam of green light, acted like a beacon, faster than laser, tumbled the boat, destroyed an airplane, killed a guy in his ship(I forgot this game) and hit the black big bear in space(pit people starts its story) and... THE END, hey this is my vision of the story, OK! I’ve finished this game, I’m sad in the ending tho, and I GET IT

Battleblock Theater 2: you play as a prisoner left behind who finds hatty while venturing in the ocean in a lifeboat. You start off with 5 parts to customize your character with: body, feet, hands, head, and over 200 weapons. Plot: The cats aren't very happy with you or Hatty. They chase you throughout the world and eventually, you end up going back to battleblock theater. When they find you have taken shelter there, they attack you in numbers. As the cats are about to kill you and hatty, he takes a gem from the nearby gift shop and throws it at you and himself. You then find yourself on a strange planet and you see a telescope. When you look through it, you see all the crew members of the ss friendship trapped in a spaceship- across the galaxy. (just an idea, I might write a fanfiction on it.

What it does it sucks the life out of people and when someone puts it on, they are totally brain washed by it. All you can do is just sit there while the hat takes you over and all hatty could do was cry because of the pain he was causing to his best friends. At the end I'm guessing maybe Hattys soul fought with the hat and with the power of his friends overcoming the impossible to rescues him, he bested the hat and released all the souls back into everyone who wore it.

Hatty isn't dead!!! If he couldn't be nice he didn't want to be anything at all! That happy song tought the hat the meaning of friendship and being positive (the hat was bad cause of the negativity) so the hat became good and let hatty go, hence the beam of light. Hatty shoots up, and supposedly lands on the boat, and they all leave and it's a happy ending. Yay. I was waiting for this game for three years and am obsessed with it. I know.
