Here they have to send you a letter for a hearing with their special magistrate. In Florida they will post signs, send certified mail, schedule hearings ect but once they get that daily fine in place and the clock going they leave you alone and let the daily fines add up.

2019. I to own property just South of antelope Valley in Acton. The county will not recognize an existing well, On the vacant land that has been in my family for over 30 years, so i can build a house on it. And has insisted I put in a new well. The existing well we'll meet their standard of almost 800 gallons A-day. But any new wells come with a high price tag for permits and drilling fees. I do not understand why they require so much water, I am currently on a well in northern California and between my wife my daughter myself two dogs and 6 chickens we only average 85 gallons today Communist California is a very crooked state.

I think the real reason for this is obvious. They're trying to drive people off of the land that they need to build a new freeway. The San Gabriel and LA freeways are too congested. This partially due to the massive amount to commercial truck traffic. They are going to need another avenue for trucks to get in and out of the Southland. Additionally, the new freeway will open up the desert valley to real estate development.

To do that i think local govt needs to supercede state and state supercede fed. Those who are elected need to know we can be at their front door in minutes. Plus i think the structure of govt needs to be radically overhauled limiting their power to make any decisions on our behalf or otherwise. Rather than vote for someone and hope they honor their campaign promises. We select people that we can fire at any time. They can make mundane decisions on their own but important decisions have to be voted on by the public.
