thats really 5 minutes work just feed names to a program and get it to randomly arrange groups ,tell everyone where they are and give a group to each leader. That way you can say group 1 guard me group 2 flank right

You could easily set up a system. Everyone on your team has a little circle on their head, just split up into 4 main groups, with a colonel leading each of them. The groups would be color coded, red, blue, white, and green. Or you could just hold a training event. I'm sure it would be fun, even if you're not fighting with someone. Just doing drills.

Maybe a suggestion Apollo? I see many different Emblems. Why not, for organizational purposes, create 3 factions? And 3 of your trusted men to lead each faction. It'll organize your men into 3 units, and able to command easier.

Fox racer Fox racer True that! Seeing from here, it seems like the damage on the uruk crossbow is much higher than the dwarven. Kinda bad, since dwarves are master engineers and all, expected their crossbows to be at least equal.
