You have a selective memory when Herlings came to America in 2017 Ironman and the MX GP in Florida ,Herlings won 4 Races and Tomac won 1 race.over the two weekends.Gaiser is now the fastest Rider in the World beating Jett, Herlings has been coming back from injury this year but look on the latter MXGP rounds and see how many times Herling has won races against Gaiser and Prado this year.he finished 3rd in MXGP Jeffery fell in every race this weekend but still finished top 5 .But Tomac did ride good this weekend and he made America proud it was a shame Deegan never came over instead of AP you might have won it ?
@MastaFRO13 ай бұрын
@@Gazza-zg2tr You also have a selective memory as when Tomac dominated Cairoli the year before. In anyways, these are apples to oranges comparisons. Euro guys SHOULD be faster on MX as they ONLY do MX. They don't do supercross. You think Tomac wouldn't be even faster if he only trained for MX all year?
@The_coachman_on_tour3 ай бұрын
@Gazza-zg2tr I remember it clearly. I remember he was restricted and held back by mitch Paton and suspension settings. Iron-man 4 example tucked his front wheel in the soft which wouldn't have happened if he could have ran his stiffer settings
@MastaFRO13 ай бұрын
@@The_coachman_on_tour Yup. Love how euro fans just conveniently ignore Tomac was worried about clinching his first MX title in ironman when Herlings came over. Thats why he rode around in 13th. He also had to worry about KTM strategy trying to bait Tomac with Herlings (which almost did work btw) so Musquin could have a better shot at it. Maybe pressure Tomac into an error. But no, Euros act like this was all par for corse and had nothing to do with anything.

Let's put him on an SX track. I don't think Gieser could even qualify. Sure is fast outdoors, though. It would be embarrassing for Eli to beat the euros on a track they have raced many times. Oh wait, he did beat them all, except one. Embarrassing.
@Proton-m4y3 ай бұрын
“Tomac is comfortable on the limit”. DUHHHH! He is BEASTMODE. He had two outdoor races under his belt and still managed to battle the absolute best in the world. This is only the beginning for his return. Once he gets this full off season prep in, after seeing how much he still wants to win, he’s going for it in 2025. Feels like the real Tomac. Not the one we got in 2024 SX. I hope we see him lay it all on the line and risk crashing, at least at some races, because this year is it. I also think he has a chance to beat Jett. No question Jett is younger, faster right now, has a ton of momentum, but Eli did too right before his achilles injury. He was waxing Sexton in 2023 SX. No matter what happens, there are going to be a ton of good battles in 2025 🤞🏻🙏🏻🤘🏻
