For me they are different for one huge reason.. Estée Lauder is transfer proof. It doesn't rub off if you touch your skin, change your shirt, hug someone. The wet and wild transfers.

My skin is oily. I have the Estée Lauder foundation and it's the best foundation that I've ever used. I only need a little bit and it covers my skin beautifully and it matches me perfectly. I'm so pale it's hard to find a foundation that matches me and isn't darker because I find that with a lot of foundations. The lightest shades are often darker on me. I'm from the uk though so it's harder to get ahold of wet and wild, but I would seriously love to try it because if it's similar to Estée Lauder I would buy it more because the Estée Lauder foundations like £32.

I think their similar but different for me the wet n wild gets better looking on my skin through out the day! so far I'm loving ! and the double wear it sets into my fine lines, which I do not like . what I love.. it Gives me more coverage. . 😉

I bought this foundation because of your review, and I am so so so in love! I always bought expensive Sephora foundations, and decided to give the Wet n Wild one a go. I am so happy that I did! It covers very well and looks so flawless. But it also looks natural! I am seriously amazed that a drugstore brand could out-do my overpriced foundations. It doesn't run off my face and doesn't break down. I'm so happy (my wallet is too) to have found your vid! It's so crazy how it's so different for everyone. The Estee Lauder Double wear on me is SO thick and cakey. It's like I'm wearing someone else's skin on top of mine when I wear it. 😷 While the WNW wears perfectly on me. Lol.

The wet n wild foundation didn’t work for me, it kind of rubbed off my face and looked blotchy, but now double wear is my holy grail! I have never found another foundation as good as it. It just doesn’t come off

These two are my HG's too but I do love the wet n wild one just a smidge more because it does last longer on me and you can't beat the price! The first time I used it the smell bothered me but it goes away pretty quickly. Loved this comparison video!

These two are also my favorite foundations! I adore them both, but Estée Lauder just refuses to make the Double Wear in a shade that’s truly light enough for me. If they would make it in a shade the same as the .5 in the DW light version it would be a perfect match for me. I use the Wet n’ Wild shade Ivory Shell on a daily basis and love, love, love it! It is a perfect match and wears beautifully! The lightest EL shade turns a tad orange on me after a while and it breaks my heart because the finish on that DW foundation is just so beautiful. Happy to have found the Wet n’ Wild as an alternative, plus it’s so cheap! Glad to know I’m not the only one who is in love with these two products! Thanks for the great comparison!

I have the same two shades as you, I wear tawny in e.l. and golden beige in w.w. I feel like the only difference is that when you apply w.w. it looks a bit dull on the skin. and I have to apply more layers for the coverage I want. 🙂

I love both formulas and I am the same shades as you, however that extra yellow color in the Estee Lauder really helps to make my skin look healthy. I look slightly more ashy with the other one.

For me, the Estée Lauder is very mattifying and does not move once it sets, but it has flashback. The wet n Wild one gets oily on me even when I set it with a powder and it does transfer, but it looks beautiful in pics and on the skin. I usually don't have to set the EL with any powder. I love both foundations, so I honestly just mix them & I love the combo together!

I've personally tried wet n wild foundation.....tbh the results were not satisfying, I've tried many different foundations but the best top 4 foundations for me are: L.A girl, Infallible , Super stay , fitme. Again we all have different face textures but incase your face are clear and pores free ... you'll can definitely try out this foundation. hope it was helpful:)

Wet and wild foundation is the first foundation that matches me and doesn't look like foundation on the skin even when I go over it with a powder foundation. I have combo skin to normal skin type but I don't see this drying anyone out and it isn't an oily foundation so it won't add grease. It sets nice and you have lots of time to blend it on the face. Cheap and available and works great with both with a brush or a sponge. I love the spatula applicator because I've never used a foundation that had one and I love how non messy it is to get out the bottle. You get 1 oz too so for even a cheap price, you're not getting less product. I've used mine every day for months and it's down to only a half bottle

the wet n wild one oxidizes on me and creases in my smile lines, chin and forehead. i can deal with it if i bake those creases. i have the estée lauder one and it's flawless every time. i'd still use the wet n wild for the price though

i can't believe you would ever considered to compare these foundations to each other!!! I use both, the wet and wild one for daily use when i know ill wipe my makeup within 4-5 hours and the estee lauder is when i know i need my makeup to stay on for 12hours + ! don't get me wrong, i like both but for oily skin girls you can't compare because the estee lauder is the winner. the wet and wild transfer to clothes, it moves, it does't give you that oil control esteem lauder has.

I love EL but I gotta admit the wet n wild wins with affordable price tag. You are the first light skinned person I see actually wearing a darker shade, I've been obsessing with finding the right color. I bought shell beige and spiced sand, but I have a sample of cashew and honey bronze ( because it gets expensive buying the wrong shade so now I try it before I buy) but feel like none match. Very frustrating. Last foundation I bought was Lancôme in bisque 410, because I can't find the right EL match. But love the EL formula way better. But now I'm tempted to buy wet n wild. I personally see a huge difference between these two foundations. I think the Wet n Wild is a great foundation, but the Estee Lauder works a lot better for my skin. It's more full coverage, keeps me matte longer and doesn't transfer. I get really oily with the W&W foundation and it transfers a lot. Everyone's skin is different, but that's just my experience. I wish it was an exact dupe because I'm converting to cruelty free and I need to find a foundation that compares!! I think I may have found one, but I'm still testing it out. Thanks for the video 😚

The Estee' Lauder one looks like it oxidized a little during your wear test while the Wet N Wild one looks the same as it did when you put it on. WNW for the win!

these are the only two foundations I buy actually! the estee lauder one just comes in my perfect shade since im very yellow toned but that wet n wild one comes pretty close, just a tad darker! I am 2w2 rattan in EL and Golden Beige in WNW. I usually add a lighter concealer to the WNW 😜

I love both of those foundations! The Wet n Wild does not last as long on my skin as the Estee Lauder but I also apply my makeup at 5:00 a.m. every day and do not usually take it off until around 8:00 p.m. so it is on a lot longer then you had it on in this video . . . but that being said, I still like the Wet n Wild just does not last as long for sure.
