I have updated the soundfont to include some of the instruments from Pokémon Pinball RS. Both RSE and Pinball RS use the same soundfont, but there are a few instruments which RSE did not use. Here is the link: www.mediafire....

@@RoseSupreme It was understandable in RBY only. Starting with FRLG, there was no excuse for not having a: - Rival battle theme - Team Rocket battle theme - Giovanni battle theme - Elite Four battle theme

TBH a lot of people use Emerald's soundfont but miss the mark. This is definitely not one of those times. This is perfect.

It's because people don't play with the possibilities of MIDI enough. Just the notes will never sound good. You need the right note lengths, dynamic volume and L/R balance, pitch bends and - most importantly - the right instruments.

It's a shame they didn't use a theme like this for Rocket in FRLG, but I think it was probably done to be faithful to the original RGBY games. I would've loved to hear this in-game.

It’s such a shame that, for as much I love FRLG, Team Rocket didn’t receive a different theme in the first Kanto remakes. It still baffles me how Let’s Go straight up uses the generic trainer theme for the grunts, considering that the Ultra games had its own take on Team Rocket’s battle theme. Moving aside that rant, this is a good recreation of Rocket’s battle theme that takes elements from HGSS’ rendition very efficiently.

FRLG are miles better than RBY and still are the best way to play through Kanto, but yes there was definitely room for more music variety

obviously I was joking with this one, but I'm just a bit disappointed that neither of the Kanto remakes add any more unique battle music, all you hear is the trainer and wild theme
