Everyone is like tanks op but they are supposed to be op because they are "Tanks" In world war 1 if a tank rolls up soldiers would basically shoot themselves. In BF1 a squad of Assaults could wreck a tank with the grenades alone. This makes it more realistic because in battlefield 3 and 4 a good engineer could take out a tank while now it requires a squad of assault or at least 3 good ones. Like if you agree!

I agree they should be feared, i went on a 30-0 match and it was sweet but on not so good matches you die really quick, if you are not prepared and dont locate where the assault is he alone or with only one friend takes you out so easy. Worst is dealing with 1-2 assault and a fucking tank joins in on the fun... And when the new gadgets come it might be easier taking them out for good and bad I suck at flying, like how do you manage not to die when they are behind you and how to you follow ppl so easily :(

+inkwolf_ the planes back then were made out of some wood and thin metal for the plane body and its pair of wings (correct me if i'm wrong).. no wonder they are weak and fragile and DICE potraying it somewhat realistic by giving the planes procedural damage system. i'm sure it will be fun and satisfiying to destroy them 😀 sorry bad english

I swear DICE was thinking on how they can fuck up aircraft even more while they developed bf1. the guns do piss poor damage for their difficulty, the "dynamic damage" is as dynamic as someone with erectile disfunction not on Viagra, the aircraft speed makes it easy targets for anything that shoots anything larger than a grain of sand.

really has anyone noticed the trend of aircraft getting weaker with each installation of the next battlefield. the earliest bf I played was bf2, jets were amazing as well as a high skill ceiling, helicopters in bc2 were also powerful, bf3 nerfed the multitude of weapons the bf2 jets had for a more glass cannon and multi role fighter, and bf4 comes the cheese AA, ARMs and manpads while guns were constantly nerfed/buffed until now where the stealth jet is barely usable as multirole besides just a dog fighter and the attack jet is pretty much useless against air vehicles, despite your skill level.

I agree that the planes (particularly the bomber) look severely underpowered, even by battlefield 4 standards. It appears that you can't even do one strafe without taking a ton of damage and then having to repair, if you were lucky enough to not crash. Hope DICE does something about it before the final launch.

i am still laughing at the BF3 and BF4 vets thinking they have their trusty C4/rocket while wasting a plane for an easy tank kill ( 11:43 ). news flash! pilots now have a fixed load-out. it prevents players like this, and even short cut snipers from wasting planes just because they want to get to their favorite position faster. tired of the claim that tanks are OP. well, i am so sorry you don't have your trusty C4 plane for an easy tank kill. just play by the games rules, don't think you can take it out alone ( 12:00 ), find a squad committed to taking out said tank, and don't expect any exploits.

Thepnastyone i also hate it that tanks in BF4 are a little too easy to kill even with a small number of infantry. give one player c4 and a mobile vehicle, and they instantly get the advantage over a tank. though it is fun to do so, its just not original anymore since everyone does it to get those free points. lets just say that i hate Silk Roads suicidal bikers.

I think in the final game there should be an animation for changing positions inside a tank, you go from Mark V cannon #1 to Mark V cannon #2 instantly, it would be really cool and intense if you moved your way inside the claustrophobic spaces

Dear DICE, In the spirit of improving team play, please add the ability to talk to whoever is in your vehicle, because unless they are in your squad you can't communicate with them. We have the ability to hold Alt to talk to squad mates, if you could add something like Ctrl+Alt for talking to your "vehicle mates" that would be fantastic.

BFH Scout TF2 loadout primary DOUBLE BARREL SHORGUN (no attachments) sidearm 4ST (no attachments) grenade M67 FRAG melee BASEBALL BAT as a typical tf2 scout, you have to run into the enemy lines and be so offensive, give so many baseball bat kills and just rush :D

Co-piloting in the attack plane/bomber is one of the coolest things I've done in a battlefield game, they really took it to the next level, so cinematic! I'm hoping they give us a little more to do as a copilot though, I wouldn't mind being able to repair or something; as it is right now the damage thresh-hold for losing control is way too low, I find myself losing control at 98%, and whoever hits first its over. Fixing this would bring in dog fights, it's just not really possible yet. I'm curious about the plane perks.

I always wished the Bf3 and 4 armor worked more this way. With the driver just driving, maybe give them spotting/lasing ability and repair. I guess even these give the driver limited attack ability. I guess I should really say that I wanted them to be more like the AMTRAC. This comment unraveled pretty quickly.
