This is exactly why i tell people to use the m1903 over the G98 for long range sniping. Having a lower drag coefficient is better then having a high velocity but then destroyed by a higher drag coefficient. The m1903 might have a slow velocity at first but over distance it is faster then the G98 which will benefit you more if your gonna do long range sniping.

It seems like Russian 1895/Mosin Nagant bullet will slower than Type 38 Arisaka at long Range

@@Sweatedsiren895 the arisaka is better at long range compared to those both because the arisaka has the same drag value as the springfield and the enfield so the arisaka would be great to take for long range if it had a sniper variant on it.

This video was just to show the differences between the rifles. Up to 400m, the rifles preform identically, within the margin of error. For long range, the M1903 is the best. It comes down to personal preference, such as reload time, iron sights, and other rifle variants.

It has the same bullet drag and velocity as the M1903, except there is no bipod variant. This was just to compare bullet velocity and bullet drag.

I sense the velocity drop in M1903 is lower while using it, that's why I have 20,349 kills with this lovely sniper.

From 300m+ the Gewehr 98 scope in not in the same spot as the m1903 is slighty up like 0.5 mm on screen go at 4.57

As much I wanna change my sniper I find it hard to get my ass far away from the battle and still do the objective or at least help cause sooner or later you gotta bring your ass back in or have a ammo buddy watching out for ya

What is The Exactly detail of bullet drag ? I saw .30-06 Has Less Bullet drop than 7.92X57 Mauser

Bullet drag coefficient is simply how much drag there is on a bullet. It is stated under the muzzle velocity on the chart at the beginning of the video. The higher the coefficient, the more drag there is too slow the bullet down over long distance. M1903 has a lower coefficient, so it maintains a higher velocity over a longer distance than the Mauser. Just a game design to balance weapons. Don't know if real life has any similarities.
