When you dont know what i mean : Wie der KS9090 hat der KS9590 ein curved Display. Der PQI liegt bei 2700 und wird durch die beiden Bildverbesserungsfunktionen Peak Illuminator Ultimate und Precision Black Pro erhöht. Durch diese beiden Techniken werden die Helligkeitsunterschiede sowie die Schwarzwerte laut Samsung noch einmal verbessert. Precision Black Pro wird durch eine Verbesserung der Hintergrundbeleuchtung erreicht. Beautiful TV. Question, I heard this game supports HDR but I don't see "HDR" when checking the resolution on my KS8000, all I see is: UHD 3840x2160 / 60p HDMI UHD Color. How do we confirm that we have the HDR patch for Battlefield 1 on XBox One S? I know in the new Forza Horizon there is an HRD brightness option. I just want to confirm that my Battlefield 1 is running in HDR. Cheers in advance!

Yes i know that, I just didn't want to pay the extra £500 for that, I would prefer to pay that extra to get the flag ship lg oled model which kills all samsung models. But I decided to wait and see what both company does next year, samsung could do qled to take on oled etc.. so am happy with what I have which is great and will see what next year brings.

+Elias Gadgets LG does not kill samsung when it comes to gaming. Playing ps4 on the LG oled B6 with 38ms sucks compared to KS9000 21-19 ms with 4k+ hdr. LG oled cant even do game mode + hdr currently with hdr its somewhere in 50ms i think or little below.

Complex Persona Yea, but oled looked amazing in gaming. I am waiting to see what samsung does next year with their qled screen etc.

Elias Gadgets you're ks9000 is beautiful tv and hdr gaming at low ms is the best of both worlds... oled is better for movies, deeper blacks but it's not even by much. sometimes the brightness a KS model can go makes the TV look just a stunning with hdr content. some ppl say the oled is too dim. I'd just keep that tv until either oled can catch up with gaming or since samsung seems like it already has it figured out... put in new tech to match oled or better with very low ms. Cheers!

Hi man, i have the ks7500, even in ks9000 i saw some judder.. did you know if Samsung will release a firmware update in order to fix it? i really love the TV but the judder effect is frustrating on a top gamma TV... Did you know if is a problem that can be fixed with an update or is a panel issue and there is nothing to do? All the best!

I know and I also know how to fix the problem, its just some simple adjustments in the motions, judder effect I've notice happens when the motion is off in game mode and to fix it, you put motion on and adjust the judder and it works fine. I just don't really go too into it because its just a showcase on youtube. When its not on youtube and am playing, I play under my calibrated settings for my model and set to my own viewing settings. Truth is, no matter what I put, someone will see one thing that another 1,000 people wont see, so I don't really go too much into it all.

Ok thanks for the reply. But in game mode i can't enable the motion plus setting, did you switched from console icon to PC in HDMI settings in order to enable it? Thanks & regards again.

Davide Brucaliffo You can't do any of it in game mode no matter what hdmi input. I just would use movie mode with my calibration, put the colour tone to standard from warm 2 and go into the Auto Motion Plus and set it to custom and set judder to 3 or 4.

Ok,i saw a video that show how to unlock the PC mode with a console connected in the HDMI port. You have just to change the icon of your hdmi port from console to pc, after that you will notice that you have more option to enable for the advanced image settings. For the movie mode i already had set motion plus to 0-2 without have any judder or soap opera affect but is fine for movie but bad with gaming for the high input lag

but according to Rtings.com, when you put motion on the TV's inputlag increases by factor 3! alsmost 120ms.. unplayable !

I have my 4k TV with HDR 10 capabilities but my battlefield 1 looks exactly the same as 1080p. It doesn't seem like it's upscaling anything.

I know this, but people need to understand, what I put on youtube is for showcasing not what I would use on a regular basis. Trust me, a 1,000 people would say the same and to add this or put this on that their set is calibrated and another 1,000 would say the opposite. So I dont really bother myself and just put a mix of everything to demo what it looks on or off. I've done this for various gaming vids, just to give everyone an idea of how it looks or plays etc.

Oooh ok i get it now....its just to showcase the highlights of the tv....i wont lie i did try it with brightness on 30 cause the tv does have a glow to it

Will Pena Yea, i mix the settings up from game to game because everyone wants to see different settings and stuff. That glow is the stupid backlight which is crap on the tv, which is why i would put the brightness below 45 all the time in everything.

Dont the black levels crush when you set it to low?....and hey do you have any info on the new hdr calibration?....samsung is suppose to let all the samsung tv owners know or something like that

Will Pena not really, not that I've notice but all models behave differently even if its the same model unit. You mean the hdr+ picture mode they added a few months back via firmware update?
