When I was in the marines I not only learned quite a bit about Iwo jima but went there myself and the map looks like it does today with green vegetation everywhere. In reality the entire island was scorched earth from the non stop bombing of the island in preparation for the marines landing there. There was a massive tunnel system and plus mount suribachi doesnt look too similar to what it actually is outside of it being the high point of the island. Dice has cut so many corners and created such a half assed game

Sorry, bfv is a ww2 game, a game about ww2. Despite all the nonsense with launch and VERY BIG and annoying controversy that's been felt with, how is it, that only now, not even now, are we getting "properly authentic" default skins. I'm sorry to complain, westie love your channel, but for me dice really push the boundaries for me, all the battlefields till this one I loved. I even preorderd this one, kept an open mind about it, despite what all my friends were saying about it I defended this game. What did I and many other battlefield veterans get in return? Down graded graphics, not authentic customisation, delay, delay, delay and the devs not having technology for 2x xp. I came back for the Pacific theatre, I actually enjoyed myself for a bit, then the game ran dry. Well, unlike call of duty, maps are much bigger and expansive and they didn't have many maps done at release. Most of the DLC maps for call of duty are simply maps already finished they didn't put into the release of the game. Added: Battlefield V had 1 year less of development time than Battlefield 1 and it's believed that the game was delayed by 1 month at release because it was so rushed that not all the base maps were even going to be finished yet at the original release date and many gameplay elements they couldn't finish or get to work right so they weren't their, surviving crashed planes, dragging dead bodies, and tank customization. Tank customization just now here and the other 2 things scrapped. Unlike previous Battlefields where entire DLCs were already being polished and completed before the main game released, they've had to clammer and rush to make new maps during Battlefield Vs life cycle from scratch, another reason for the big lack of content. As well a large portion of DICE now being devoted to creating the plethora of new content and maps and updates we see for the now masterpiece EA's Battlefront 2.

This is the best rumours i have heard in a long time! The Eastern Front could become the ultimate Battlefield experience!! BFV has been going through a lot and we got to put it behind us! The Pacific Theater has actually shown what BFV can be and it has been the best BFV experience so far, even with the ups and downs. We got a real good taste so if DICE take what they made great with Pacific and learn from that, then next step will be amazing.. I think this game is finally finding it's identity and The Pacific is proof of that, so lets keep going on this and make Eastern Front happen! Let's be positive and patient my fellow comrades!

as far as content is concerned and this game is concerned I feel partially they're using the crisis as an excuse for a severely lacking game and among its many many issues is the lack of content. One of the things I always like about the Battlefield games is the depth of content.

This game released new content way too slow and this is why it died. They should have delayed the start of the game, then released new content every month. Games realisically only have a 1 year life cycle

lolol bf5 just isnt recoverable. It's been SSOO long and had such a bad start that they cannot really recover. I mean, your first showcase of the game was a character with a wooden robotic arm and a dude wearing a tank top with a mohawk (reminded me of a character you can play in the game "Mercenaries"). Pretty much threw all authenticity out the window for an era that thrives on it. Too much bad press from the start and a terrible, bug ridden launch with worse updates over the course of the game. Nobody is surprised that this game is still failing (with a few minor successes here and there of course). At this point, everybody is just waiting for the next bf game because this one is just done xD
