Oh yeah. But I love it. From BC2 to BF4, I was either getting crushed by choppers or becoming a god of death in choppers. But even getting raped by a good chopper pilot who blows your mind when you think you've gotten away was always respectable.

In 2042 they got a guy that can hack attack chopper weapons and get them to stop firing. Works great combined with antiair missiles. Its a "fuck you and your extended family" combo.

@@isosev one of the most annoying things ever. I love nearly everything about battlefield. Infantry, tanks, helis, Jets even commander was and is fun. But what they did to ruin the fun of planes and helis is incredible. It’s like bf4 but the took away everything that was in the game to help out the air vehicles. You don’t even see where the lock on is coming from. I really hope they will change a lot in the upcoming day 1 patch

Ah yes, back in BF3 when the Stinger had the same damage model as the RPG-7 and could take out any air vehicle whether they had armor upgrades or not. Not to mention the lock-on warning had a delay so by the time you popped flares or ECM it was already too late. All patched of course.
