I have played against the Oro “HAG” variant several times. It has always been a threat on the board, and I would recommend the HAG variant when playing in the era of Ferro Lam armor that reduces all incoming damage by 1 point. Most of the time the tank was taken out because the armor is thin but not much of an issue. Those guns are something I do not want to stand in front of being still. The Oro is a popular tank for many. I have seen the tank played in many alpha strike games and tournaments. When considering the Oro for the anti-air. I often consider VTOL’s to be the target but LB’s are great at killing hover craft for the -1. Every time the chance has come to try playing the vehicle. I have passed it up for other vehicles. As I am still learning clan vehicles and may need to give the vehicle some game time. Players that use Hell’s Horses line-ups have often played vehicles like the Kokou Defense Tank and Enyo Strike Tanks next to the Oro. Respectfully I have played this so-called anti-air lineup of Kokou with a mech like the Rifleman IIC, Black Python, Cygnus 2, and Thunder Stallion 4 or “Fire Stallion”, and Hellstar.

The Oro is really effective against VTOL and Hovercraft in the game, you may not take out something that turn. But most Hovercraft will suffer a couple mobility hits that will slow them down to a crawl which is enough to do the job the next turn. All of those mechs are just nasty at time for dishing out the pain in the game!

I thought that this had a fusion engine(10 h/s), so why does it have another 15 h/s, shouldn't it only need another 5 to cover the heat? Do they perhaps mean that it has a total of 15 h/s including the ones in the engine?

@semperatis It lists total HS on the vehicle, so 10 + 5 for a total of 15 HS . Since you get those 10 free with the FE , never been a fan of adding additional HS to a vehicle for energy weapons, rather have more missile or ballistic weapons instead.
