One of the tells that I have found extremely reliable with river bets, is that when there are a lot of draws on the board, and the villain (Moe Money in this case) snap jams, it shows that they are often not concerned in figuring out the best approach to max value, rather, they are trying to suggest strength. Obviously, you are 50x the player I'll ever be, but I've seen the same thing happen to me a number of times, and I'm doing a bit better in calling off more often. I wonder if you could review the videos in many of those scenarios to see if there is, in fact, an exploitable timing tell there.
@thesaladtubes38557 ай бұрын
i would just like to comment on the set of 2s hand in the start of the video i believe its a call mainly because of the price as well as the turn lead could be alot of KQ or Ax with the ace of hearts and once he jams river he can have many bluffs as well as at least one value hand that you can beat such as two pair combos especially when you slowed down and called the turn bet, i also like a turn raise since you’re never drawing dead in that spot and you’re in position

It’s tough to get a big hand and even less likely to be beaten when you have a big hand. Even though a large river bet is usually not a bluff, you have to call most of the time when you have a set or other good hands like top, top. Sure you are going to lose some but overall you will come out ahead.

Don't listen to these negative comments about folding in tough situations. It seems to me from most vlogs that learning to fold is harder than learning to bluff. You will make mistakes as you go and have regrets. But you will continue to make improvements. Some of these over-buffers never learn and make horrendous errors. Taras going all in with air was a tribute to YOUR ABILITY to properly reason he didn't have enough bluffs. Later on, he made a weak call for a lot of $ also trying to get into your head. Overall, you won more than you lost with that method.
