I am new to this game and from what I have learned calling a bet and then calling a 3Bet with Q9o is generally not a good move, is Texas Mike that good that he can play these hands profitably or is this just the definition of what not to do? I always get confused because in my head these people are supposed to be decent at the game?

Looks like they are teaming against dwan. NAw 4b the AQ if an A flops you wont get anymore money by calling pre. 100bb pot its just a jam. If he has AK and A flops you lose anyways and if he has 99-JJ at least you stack him hitting A. Deeper call pre but 100bbs meh. Dwan still down 500k. It seems like every pot he plays there 3 going against him and he can't really do much.
