You know...it seems more effective drawing with the "AUTO" the lower your stance is. Seems tricky to adjust to defense...as the bulk of the focus is on the draw. Hmm, with practice and a bit of adjustment, Not only could the draw be faster...you could also confidently draw the blade closer to the opponent. ~From Nashville, Tennessee USA

Everyone knows about Zenitsu’s legendary speed and skill. But fewer have heard of his powerful twin brother. A demon slayer so invested in his own improvement, he refused to waste time memorizing his own name, as that would leave less time for training his lethal projectile attacks. An exact opposite to Zenitsu in many ways, some say he can be seen cowering in fear and chasing girls while asleep…! “I am… Hekirekiitsen!”

Huh... On one hand, the slingshot mechanism allows the blade to come out faster. However, as a result, your control over the blade will take a hit- meaning your guard is open longer in the moment after you attack. It's pretty risky, but I can see the use.

In the "original" ancient Japanese swordsmanship, the scabbard is always held in front of the body when drawing the sword and the blade is pulled out. You would probably cut off your own wrist this way. It is also not practical to hold the sword handle (grip) in such a way. Study a little more.
