Ruby is a great actress and she is stunning. I could care less who both (character and real life person) sleep with, I watch for the love of superhero comics. I just hope the writers do not transform this series into a soap opera like they did with Arrow and the olicity bs. So fat Batwoman is developing well, a bit slow but so far so good.

I just finished watching the pilot. I had not watched any trailers for it nor read any articles about it . I did not know who Ruby Rose was or anything about her back story or sexual gender identification. So I was surprised that the character was in love with a woman. That was not the focus though of the story. It was about a woman who wanted to be comfortable in her own skin and find her own path, which ended up being that of a hero or protector of the people in Gotham. After the show I read a recent article and discovered that her life off screen closely matches the woman she is in Batwoman. She is her own hero and has had a very painful and complicated journey to becoming comfortable in her own skin. These are her own words. I will continue to watch the show and wish her all the best . She is a very vulnerable and brave person on and off screen.

This interview was amazing to hear about how she was doing the show out of what she wanted to be and putting her own style on it and for saying 'yeah people can have their own opinion on people but everyone is a human being and can do what they want and work hard,' she wanted to show people that she didn't care what people said and she didn't care that people said stuff to her she just followed her own way. I didn't know she had surgery she was so brave and had to be careful not to push herself to hard when she went back to filming. You learn so much about them when you look at their life and what she had to go through.
