@@archenemy9802 im a big fun of this build, i build it every time: Corrupted Bluestone, Prophetic Cloak, Sekhmet's Scepter, Gladiator's Shield, Oni Hunter's Garb, Spirit Robe. this build has 40%cdr and more with scepter, currupteds passive effect gives enough prot to proc prophetics second mitigation boots, glad and currupted are the backbone of your damage, all while having the maximing amount of damage itigation you can have. this is just the build i like, i would also say that Archdruid's Fury, Stone of Binding and Sundering Axe are good and popular items you cant go wrong with but finally i think that Sekhmet's Scepter is a must and you should build it 100% of the time.

Support surtr could destroy with cannoneer's cuirass. Stack while helping carry and mid. Get stacks while rotating in between lanes by start of team fights should be doing enough to be a problem. Also flameforged hammer on surtr works very well.

The downside is sacrificing other stats for the cooldown. It's probably still worth it a lot of the time, but especially when you need a lot of pen and antiheal it might be hard to really fit in bauble as well.

As solo sutr i am normaly at around 80-100 stacks at min 20 there is room for improvement
