Check to see if the depth stops on the left side are screwed down will have a little tape measure looking thing with a pointer and a threaded rod good luck 👍👍🤟🤟🤟🤟

11/16th is twice as big as the three eight drill you were using so the first drill was certainly not a 11/16th.
