The Bauer Supreme M5 Pro hockey skates include many high-end features and technologies and are a great choice for the player who skates 3-4+ times per week and is looking for a skate that maximizes power and explosiveness.
All-new for the 2022 Bauer Supreme M5 Pro skate is the ability to choose which runner you would like to purchase with your skate. You will have a choice between the Carbonlite, Pulse TI or the Pulse.
Over the last couple of years, Bauer has been focused on separating the performance attributes of the Supreme and Vapor skates from an on-ice performance and feel perspective. The new technologies, new materials, and different flex points are what will differentiate these skates.
Supreme focuses on power with the lower part of the skate being stiffer to optimize energy transfer and the upper part of the skate being softer allowing for increased mobility.
Passed down from the Ultrasonic skate is the 3D lasted Curv Composite Quarter package. This enhances support and thermoformability while keeping the skate very lightweight. The outsole of the M5 Pro skate is made of Composite which allows the skate to maintain its lower stiffness for optimal load and power.
The 52oz Reflex Classic Pro Felt tongue and Reflex Tendon Guard provide you with a better range of motion and protection against pucks and slashes at the top of the foot.
Passed down from the 2020 Supreme line is the asymmetrical toe cap. This toe cap design reduces the volume of the skate for an enhanced low-profile fit, while also allowing you to improve your push-off with each stride.
Internally, Bauer uses Aeofoam+ to provide optimal comfort for the ankle, and Lock-Fit lining and footbed to keep your foot dry and locked in place throughout the game.
The Junior version of the M5 Pro skate offers similar materials as the Senior/Intermediate but includes some key features from the Mach skate to enhance performance for the Junior sized elite player.
The Bauer Supreme M5 Pro skate is an excellent option for players who want a top-end fit with elite features, giving them a high-performing skate at a great value.

These skates will have similar features and qualities. Ultrasonic is a top price point skate from 2020 and the M5 Pro is a second price point from the newest Supreme line. M5 Pro allows you to choose what steel you want and the tongue is slightly upgraded. It may depend on how they feel and your budget as the Ultrasonics are currently on sale.

Hey ✌🏻 Top video👌🏻 Would like to buy me after now 10 years hobby skating and freestyling times a really high quality shoe. With field hockey I have nothing to do and go only 1-2 times a week in the hall skating for fun and to train my freestyle skills. Wavering currently between a Bauer Supreme M4 which I would with the highest quality materials the T-Blade offers to a T-Blade skate rebuild or a Supreme M5 Pro with the highest quality blade, which I would then always send in for grinding (have no reasonable grinder on site and would like to fully exploit my 630 € budget). Times an honest opinion for my area of use what seems more sensible to you? Thank you and a successful week 😊

If you are skating 1-2 times per week, the M4 skate would be a great option. The M5 Pro has better materials but it is dependent upon how often you skate, your budget, level of play. Some things to consider when purchasing a new pair of skates.
