Where were you when I was playing ball. I needed this. I had the fast ball, curve ball, but needed direction. Just looked, you weren't born yet.😶 KZbin did not exist.😔 This video is so valuable to young pitchers, hitters. Keep it coming. Much respect. Funny thing. At 53yo, i am outside with my dog throwing 6/12 curve balls, 2 seam and 4 seam fast balls, and I have a hell of a circle change with major movement. Still thowing in the 80's. What are some good exercises for pitchers to do daily? For example, if you are a hitter it seems pretty simple to go and hit off the tee, soft toss etc... every day. But I have never heard of such drills for pitchers.
