One of the seven deadly sins is PRIDE and all I see in the video is PRIDE. Being chaldean, Assyrian, Syrian or black/white does not matter. The main question is are you Christian do you believe in Jesus Christ?

You see pride in others but what about you and what are your imperfections? Boastful maybe? I see pride in you pointing out shortcomings on entire nations here and yet you are pointing and something maybe you don’t know about. Assyrians have been persecuted since Christ reigned as king of kings in our hearts back at the time of the Assyrians receiving Christ at Antioch and we are still here and at our homelands in the Nineveh plains and Northeast Syria rebuilding our destroyed churches. I won’t go into the Assyrians in Midyat and Mardin who in the early 20th century repelled every attack made by the ottoman officials who trying to destroy centuries old churches in which they failed to do so. And now I shall point out a shortcoming of yours since I feel obligated to defend myself as you you have attacked the apple of my eye the Assyrian nation in diaspora. By your attack of fellow Christians my thought is that you have hate in your heart. If it were not so then you would have a real sin to point out but as you have none you just attack a nation that is holding on to their mother tongue while having been attacked by Muslims from every side and then having to pick up and leave ancestral homelands to start new in foreign countries. And your only one thing you chose to pick on was that to you all you saw was pride. Well if I or my people have pride for giving up life, and national homelands for the sake of Our Lord Jesus Christ then man I am guilty of being proud in my faith and in the faith of my four fathers.

You just proved my point. "Christians have been persecuted for years" not Assyrian/chaldean/Indian.... etc. I never said I'm perfect. But if we start saying oh Assyrians are better than chaldeans then chaldeans will say we are better than Assyrians... then there will be no point in being Christian because that's not being Christian.

Do you even understand what's being said in this video? Do you know the context at all? I don't think you do. Because if you did, you'd know this has nothing to do with ethnicity in Christianity. There's nothing prideful about this video. These people are happy because some of their churches, land, and homes they worked hard for in Northern California were stolen, and the court ruled in their favor (rightfully so) to get them back. These people are happy and dancing after crying, hurting and being sad for a long time. Please rethink your comments that are full of judgment because they don't "look humble" to you. It's right to say ethnicity doesn't matter in God's Kingdom, but it's not right to say you see a deadly sin in this video. Maybe your perception and understanding of the video is what's really wrong.

Calling another bishop a liar or anything among those lines is wrong to start with. If his still a bishop then there is a reason why he was allowed to join the catholic church. Even if he did something wrong as a bishop you shouldn't be gathering and hate someone no matter how bad he is.... in the Bible were taught to forgive.

shmairan yacoub actually according to the Bible which you do not read it was the Jews that were the first to accept Christ as God in the flesh. I’ll pray that you read the scripture more and I hope that you see through the false shepherds of your church. You are better off going to the ancient church of the east and at least you’ll be able to get a true gospel lesson.

shmairan yacoub you don’t have a nation on the map because of the curse that was placed upon the older generations. You are quoting a verse and you don’t even realize the context that Christ was using the Ninevehvites of the day of Jonah that believed after one prophet in contrast with the Jews which had so many prophets sent to them and still rebelled.
