Acrylic Prints are vibrant prints paired with polished acrylic for added depth and a high-impact, radiant display. They are available in 2 finishes: Glossy and Non-Glare.
Glossy Acrylic Prints steal the show with their highly polished, sleek look, and that great highly reflective surface.
If you want to display your print in a room with intense light, or prefer a softer looking finish, you might want to opt for our Non-Glare option that minimizes reflections while still delivering an impactful display.

This is helpful. I've been nervous about sending images to get printed because I wasn't sure about sizing.

Great video. Thanks. I do wonder however, when you are soft proofing, the surrounding area on screen in Lightroom, switches from a neutral gray to white. Do you see this as a problem when comparing the soft-proofed image with the non soft-proofed image?

Hi Walt, So sorry we missed your comment! We're at somewhat of a loss as to why that switch happens, but it might be simulating the image on paper. We might suggest zooming in on the image slightly so that the image fills the entire preview window, which would eliminate the problem. Also, if you choose the side-by-side view that displays the before and after in the same window, we believe that it makes the background white on both. Why did you not order non-glare? Is It less vibrant?

Trying to decide whether to save color profile as sRGB or AdobesRGB? Why do you use sRGB instead of Adobe sRGB which has a broader range of color?

We accept both colorspaces in our ordering systems, so Adobe RGB is perfectly fine. :) If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Team: bayphoto.com/contact

Instead of ordering an acrylic print for the hard proof step, couldn't you just order a photographic print on the same photographic paper that would be face-mounted to the acrylic? Seems like that would be a more economical but every-bit-as accurate method of achieving hard proof results.

So sorry we missed your comment! Yes, we offer studio sample discounts on all print types and many photographers use this for testing purposes, with Photographic Prints before going ahead with their final display.
