This match was all about Arjen Robben finally redeeming his career after so many upsets. From getting knocked out of the Euros 2008 as one of the tournament favourites that swepts away Italy and France only to get an upset knocked out by Russia. Spain are Euros champion. Fast forward 2010 World Cup final against Spain where he missed one of the final sequence of the game 1 v 1 against Casillas and his shots gets saved and loses the final to deny yet again Netherlands their first World Cup title. Fast forward in 2012 Bayern against Dortmund towards the end of the season where the last action of the game is the penalty they are awarded but misses the penalty and you have some Dortmund rubbing it to his face. Dortmund are Bundesliga Champions. The same year, Bayern is in the Champions League final against Chelsea, the scores are tied at 1-1, Bayern gets a penalty in the second half of extra time and Robben misses it yet again. Forcing the match to penalties. Chelsea win the Champions league.
