Bayonetta 2 - Scarborough Fair Are Overpowered!!!

Climax Brace was just to show off some combos and techniques, they have Wicked Weaves on pretty much every move during Umbran Climax. You can pull off quite a few attacks with the Scar Fair during Umbran Climax normally, most of the moves are just as quick during Umbran Climax and barely drain any magic.
I was cancelling it quite a bit in the boss fights to conserve magic and in the Gomorrah fight so I could actually stun him. If you deal too much damage too quickly he won't get stunned and still ends up going around the building twice so it worked out perfectly here. Probably not always holding my shots long enough or using the optimal combos here but it's pretty easy to see the massive difference in damage during Umbran Climax, especially on the PPPKKK combo.
The boss fights were done without accessories. This is all on ∞ Climax. You can really do a lot in a single Umbran Climax with these things. For some reason the Scarborough Fair fire a LOT more shots on certain combos that deal a LOT more damage during Umbran Climax with minimal Magic drain. Later attacks in long combos also seem to deal a lot more damage per shot and the Inferal Weaves on the Kicks are all fantastic.
This results in some truely terrifying damage with PPPKKK or PPKKK/PPKP. (If you can land those crazy shots on the stomp kick, it works well on large angels since the kick itself summons a Wicked Weave that slams them right into the followup shots). Pretty much every finisher can be immediately cancelled and the Infernal Weaves will still come out fully, this is great for crowds or quicker enemies but you'll do more damage with the actual shots than the Wicked Weaves. You can easily get off two long combos even when holding all the shots or just cancel to conserve magic.
Umbran Climax PPPPPK is also awesome for groups and things like Greed or Fairness and Fearless. Both finishers on the combo have a massive radius often covering entire arenas but the rapid Wicked Weave punches will actually continue if you dodge cancel it allowing you to combo it into another combo.. It's a pretty neat trick but not nearly as high damage as holding the shots.
Most weapons gain a 20% damage bonus on most attacks (Chainsaws, Whip Slams, Chain Chomp, and some unique attacks get 50% bonus). For some reason the bullets on Scarborough Fair do more than double the damage on average, they fire more shots at the start of attacks (You can hold every attack a little bit for some added DPS without slowing down combos), and many of the Wicked Weaves and Infernal Weave finishers can hit multiple times. This is very noticeable at the end of the Alraune fight where some of the sweeping kicks are hitting her 3 times.
Don't use PPPPK, you can't cancel it and you get the same Infernal Weave with a LOT of added shots on the PPKKK or PPPKKK finisher. PPPPPK is better on Scar Fair. Basically every Umbran Climax attack on Scarborough Fair links perfect with the next hit of the combo but you may not be able to fully hold every attack if you want to keep enemies safely staggered. Air PPPKKK actually uses completely different Wicked Weaves on the kicks which have a wide sweeping radius. It doesn't fire as many shots forward or deal as much damage but it's still a great option for crowd control.
These were a huge help against Balder and Aesir. The Umbran Climax reliably takes chunks off their health without putting you in danger. It's usually better not to have massive Inferal Weaves blocking your view when they can still instantly counterattack at any time and the shots end up dealing more damage anyways.
