Alruna's only downside is that you can't use its charge modifier on big homunculi like Murus and Cumulonimbus, but it's combo strings are fairly fast all-around and I love abusing the PPKP string. Fortunately Rodin *can* be grabbed by the whip, which is nice to bring him down when he flies away with your attacks. Alraune herself could use some work though, I don't really like its slave commands (mainly its P attacks). Gotta say thought, the masquerade form is defo one of, if not the, cvntiest around.

Yeah, it's a good weapon, definitely. And the demon is alright, I think. And yeah the masquerade is... that, lol.
