@@JoshRachael That is correct. They do a Caesar salad, chateaubriand and bananas foster, all for two, and all prepared table side. Great food and even better presentation and experience. Give it a try!

Nice to see you do a review of Bazaar Meats. It doesn’t seem to be on usual rotation of all the other vloggers. And it was a great review! Food looked wonderful. As to my favorite steakhouse in Vegas, I’ll age myself and say the one at Imperial Palace. I’m not into eating that much beef now.

Honestly I take that as a compliment - we pride ourselves on finding those great food spots that others aren't. We don't get as many views as some of those others, but hope people appreciate seeing the "other" great food spots as well.

Thanks so much Griffon - luckily we were on that end of the strip, but we agree it’s taken us a bit to get there with it being at the Sahara! If you get a chance, it’s definitely worth it!!!

Bazaar is really really first class - also veeery expensive 🤫😂 but top quality. My favorite is still Wolfgang Pucks CUT at Palazzo

Very nice 🙌 When I first went to the day after the grand opening of SLS Las Vegas ( first renamed ) by owner Alex Meruelo , they weren’t ready & it needed something to spark it up. So when Alex announced the return of Sahara ( which I believe it should of been all along ) lots of great changes suddenly happened in a good way. So, now seeing Bazaar Meat By José Andrés , it’s indeed a plus - thank you Josh and Rachel 😊

We just got one here in Chicago in Dec of last year. Went last week, and have another reservation tonight. The oysters at Bar Mar downstairs was by far some of the best I’ve ever had. At Bazaar Meat, the Taco was amazing.

Inquiring minds would like to know ( actually my mind) Golden Steer or Bazaar Meats? Either way, this was another great review. Simone and I got the Cotton Candy Foie Gras for free back when we stayed at SLS in 2018 (some kinda promo they had going on) I really enjoyed it, one of the most unique things i have ever had.

ok my turn - (Josh) I think they both have their places in the rotation of places to eat at. I think the food at Bazaar Meat is at another level compared to Golden Steer personally, but it is also at a higher price point for sure. It can push the flavors and textures a bit more - if that makes sense. Golden Steer is a wonderful place though because of the environment - there is certainly something about the tableside presentation, the old photos and booths, and just the history in it. And the food is definitely good, as well, but Bazaar Meat takes it for the food category.

thanks for the great review at the sahara's bazaar meats. wifey and i are staying there in may and we were curious about the restaraunts at the sahara!!!! we usally stay at the TI or venitian, so this will be a different experience being so far north strip!! thanks for helping us decide on if wed go there, and now we will!!!!

Absolutely check it out. Hard to find a better Steakhouse in Vegas. Let us know what you think about the location. It will probably provide a bit different experience

@@JoshRachael yes we sure will let ya know how it is at the north strip location. we dont usally spend much time in that area but we liked sahara's total upgrade of the casino and the pools..so we figured we'd give it a go....we only plan on staying around the sahara area and possibly go to freemont st a day or two, and then head to the center/ south strip for a few days like we normally do... The strats looking nice too now adays! we will be checking that out also! cheers

@@JoshRachael Hi guys, yupper! we will be going up to the top of the strat again on this trip back to vegas!! the first time we went to vegas was in 2012. We did the top of the world restaraunt.It was disappointing though. The food choices were very limited, and not very good!! Im glad somebody else now runs it because they actually have a good menu of different things now!!! So we'll let yas know how it is unless you beat us there which would be awsome to see your review of the place!!!! Did you notice if sahara finished the construction in the drive up area yet? cheers

I’ve seen other food bloggers choose the tasting menu and it doesn’t seem to be a good value. I’m glad you went ala carte. Question, you’ve been more praiseworthy of other steaks at other Vegas restaurants. Was this steak not as good? What were the 3 best? Cheers!

Interesting 🤔not sure why we came off that way. Bazaar meat is absolutely in our top 3 recommendations for steakhouses in Vegas and the steak was great. This might have been the start of us moving up in prices for steaks and came across with that impression. SW steak had the best sear/char we have had in Vegas and loved it. Toca Madera has probably snuck into top three just recently, but I would say save $100 and skip the fire show if you do their Tomahawk. Thanks so much for watching!

Not everything needed salt, I am guessing you are talking about the finishing salt on the steak and I feel it is something that a lot of the finer Steak restaurants do and it is appreciated by us.
