Sorry, what?? Really?? Ashes 2023 was almost in the pockets of England; if the 4th test hadn't been washed out due to rainfall it would be England's series victory. Yeah England totally failed in India in 2024 and to some extent in Pakistan in the same year. But that has different reason. Bazball is not suitable for Indian and Sri Lankan conditions. England made the mistake of trying to implement that in India, despite losing badly in the 2023 world cup. Also Ben Stokes is overworked and so, he is often prone to injuries which in turn affects his consistency these days. So, I feel like England needs to come up with backup plans, with variations in their strategy. But it would be wrong to say that Bazball has failed. They drew the Ashes.
