I bought Continuum Shift Extend on PS3 a year or so ago just so I could play as dark Mu, Kusanagi Mu, or whatever ya want to call her. The theme music can be played in games after Shift which is awesome, but I Love the chilling prefight and postfight dialogue that Mu dishes out in earlier games. I wish they'd let you select it as a sort of alt version in later games, but then I guess they would have had to record more interactions with new characters.

I hate fighting Unlimited Mu-12, not only does she have Homing Stein Gunners, but her most lethal attack is her hidden distortion drive "Kusanagi's Anger" which freezes you in place much like Hazama's "Eternal Coils of the Dragon Serpent" and then she absolutely annihilates you with four stein gunners and does a ton of damage the only way to avoid this attack is to stay well away from her, if she adjusts her headpiece thing, get back cos she's gonna do the thing!

As a secret boss in extend, I only beat her with Ragna. Unlimited Mu fires lasers, lasers and MORE lasers making it almost impossible for you to make a move.

Don't get me started on her hidden distortion drive "Kusanagi's Anger" if you get caught in that spot she summons then you're getting hit with a barrage of four stein gunners to the face, think of it like Hazama's "Eternal Coils of the Dragon Serpent" but much MUCH worse! the only way to avoid it is to pay attention to Mu's heat gauge, if it's 50% be prepared for Mu to adjust her headpiece, then when she does stay as far back as possible cos she's gonna use her strongest attack

It is BlazBlue vibe. The version 2 songs were just a different, new BlazBlue style, although I feel like the original songs in Chrono Phantasma and Central Fiction do not feel too different from the older songs. There is a subtle difference, but I never felt like BlazBlue music is the same as earlier Guilty Gear music.

I'll say that the singing in II is much better for the intro, but overall once the heavier music comes in, I prefer the ephemeral vocals in this one for the whole theme of a truly god-like power. I am sure that the more easily distinguishable vocals in II are there to represent Noel taking control of her own destiny and whatnot, but from an aesthetic perspective they're just a minus for me. It'd be nice if one of the remixer music channels on youtube could smoothly blend teh best of both songs while leaving the annoying synthetic additions in II out of the melody.

I don't like second version because it's more hopeful. It fits current Mu-12 because Noel is now in control, but this one is more serious and emotional, also the robotic way in which the vocals sing... And just like some classic Daisuke Ishiwatari, I keep hearing some Helloween here and there in his guitars, the guy has so many influences from so many rock and metal bands that you'll hear so many bands in his songs all while keeping his own Identity.
