Miss Occidental Mindoro should have said, "To avoid the traffic in NCR, we should transfer the businesses away from the Capital by redirecting them to the Central Philippines and the South of the Philippines. Thus creating more opportunities for people there and therefore they don't need to go to Manila to find jobs. A balance distribution of population is very important and it does play a big factor in our environment.

As a non Filipino, I feel that Philippines candidates are gorgeous, but most of them are stiff, overly trained and you could sense the pressure that they are feeling. In the midst of all of this, they forget to become themselves. You know how natural Catriona was and we could see she was enjoying every min of her journey😌😌
