Wow Rafe informing us about traditions and doing it so elequently whilst having one of the rude BBC staff that they seem to have in abundance sounding so uninterested. Thank you Rafe you are so professional and respectful as always.

@jane----489 l don't think she was patronising, all journalists have to ask those questions, it provides answers for those who think a Monarchy is old fashioned and out of touch, they don't we'd sink into oblivion and be poorer in more ways than one

What is wrong with her tone? She seems strangely antagonistic.

Rafe, I'm surprised by your mistake.It's St John Ambulance, not St John's Ambulance.
@Tidybitz2 ай бұрын
@duviworthing ... Which next to nobody says, it's always referred to as St John's.

@@Tidybitz Just because most people get it wrong doesn't make it correct. Rafe is usually precise and correct.

@duviworthing oh wow, don't you think that's being petty
@duviworthing2 ай бұрын
@@lsmith9249 No. The St John refers to The Order of St John, not an ambulance belonging to St John. Sorry if you find accuracy being petty. I just found it surprising that an historian like Rafe would make such a mistake.
