This is why they want us to concentrate on Gregg Wallace. He is just a sleazy man who makes dirty suggestions. I have never heard of this Westwood person? But the full truth needs to come out about Huw Edwards

It’s okay as the public will cover the cost of the investigation with the recent license increase.

The BBC did hold an inquiry into Huw Edwards, it was suspended while the police investigation was ongoing but resumed mid July this year completed at the end of that month. As for Tim Westwood, although not currently sub judice the police will ask for information to be withheld from the public domain if the likelihood of charges being preferred is high...

Tim is (was) a gatekeeper for the hip hop rap scene in the UK !! Tim was educated at the highest level (like they all are ) his dad was a priest at Peterborough so it’s as it usually is not a rag to riches story!!! He truly is a wrong en !!! Just like they all are !!!!

Subjudice in criminal cases starts when a suspect is arrested. As the file is with CPS it is safe to assume Westwood was arrested at some point, the rule takes immediate effect.

Do you not understand how contempt of court, and indeed justice works? Court of public opinion is not justice. In order to have a fair jury trial the evidence should be presented in court and in court only, where it can be properly challenged. Anything else will risk prejudicing any future case against the individual, and would make it impossible for a fair trial to be held. This would likely result in the individual getting away with it, because if a fair trial is impossible the presumption of innocence takes precedence. So if the BBC published their report the likely outcome would be that no justice would be possible, the individual in question would get away with any crimes committed, and any victims would not recieve the justice they deserve. There is no conspiracy here, simply the proper functioning of a justice system. You can argue that justice is coming far too late, and this would be a valid complaint. But this is not in any way specific to the BBC, nor are they any better or worse than anyone else in this respect. We've seen worse in Christian churches both Catholic and Protestant, for example. This problem is one inherent to any hierarchal system, where those with power over others will unsurprisingly wield it, and abuse of such power is inevitable and is inevitably covered up. If you want to end this problem, the only way to do so is to stop allowing some to have power over others.
