How many of us manage to leave a legacy like hers. A life very well lived. I have visited several hospices for quite a few people over the years. It's always a great privilege to spend time in one and with both staff and patients. They really bring out the best in people.

My great uncle Jim died in her hospice a few weeks before this interview took place. I am reassured that he was looked after in his final days.

An amazing woman, who has changed how we help those in dire straights. Maybe if you listened to what she says youd have more respect for her and her achievements.
