after watch this serie, i am conscious of that i have to kick my bad habits like: checking phone, sleeping or getting up late, skipping meals, etc. Besides, I need to adopt a new attitude towards doing exercise, having a good diet or something which is good for my physical also mental health to help my longevity. thanks for your video.
