It is an excellent podcast. Many thanks. Could I learn the name of the song at the end of the video? It is so nice, as well

The main 'vulnerability' is our vulnerability to junk food advertising. This is a global scourge, especially to children. The risk posed by a few people online with novel ideas about diet pales in comparison.

Thank you for posting this. I have an autoimmune disease and I get so tired of being shamed because I eat gluten or sugar or meat. I've tried clean diets and feel worse. Pseudo science is right. Thank you for speaking about this sometimes destructive trend.

I reversed my chronic joint pain/swelling and IBS symptoms by giving up eating foods containing wheat. Eat as much fresh meat as you like - it won't cause or aggravate auto-immune disease. Anyway, I hope you got it sorted.
