I think the character in the show was based of lash due to being a cowboy actor and obviously the same name. But lash didn't die till the 90s this apparently happened in the 50s. I have a feeling its based on George Reeves the original superman.

If this is based on George Reeves like everyone says, then the break in featured here never happened. At least it's not mentioned anywhere and besides, no one could verify it, except the punks and why would they? Also what do the punks think they're going to do with the stuff they stole?
