More and more African women are having cosmetic surgeries. We need for the patients to have adequate pre- operative protocol, safe surgeries, proper aftercare. The affluent women have been traveling overseas for numerous years to have plastic surgery….Europe, U.S.A, Brazil , Turkey, Thailand n Japan, etc.etc. Safety standards must be implemented and adhered to for patient safety

Its ao funny that most peoplw think most africans are naturally built like that even here in Kenya bbl is on the rise but can never be compared to the natural ones ni matter how much they try its like those bleaching they can never be the same as those who are naturally fair it can be spotted
