Manaal any Halal Meat store, First rule of thumb buy spring goat, the younger the goat, the better meat👍 Best ones are usually under 26 pound or 12 kg, the meat should be a lightest pink and best cuts of meat are the front legs, shoulder, and back(Puth ka gosth), Meat from the hind legs (Raan) is more meat but I personally don't like for Korma because of the fibrous nature and tendency of the meat to stick between the teeth.👍 and Dear get any Long grain basmati rice, mare India Gate White Basmati Rice Excel hai, The most important thing about rice bheegay hona zaroori hai.
