Lemon Juice of one lemon
Orange Food Color 1/4tsp
-Biryani Spice Mix (Powder)
Cumin 1tbs
Black Pepper Corns 1/2tbs
Cinnamon small piece
Nutmeg small piece
Mace small piece
Yogurt 2cups
Salt1tsp
Red Chilli Flakes 1tsp
Red Chili Powder 1tsp
Green Chili Paste 1tbs
-Whole Spices
Cumin 1tbs
Black Pepper Corns 1/2tbs
Cinnamon small piece
Green Cardamom 5pcs
Cloves 5pcs
Star Anise 1
Oil 1cup
Tomato 4medium
Ginger Paste 1tbs
Garlic Paste 1tbs
Water 1/2cup
-Boiling Rice:
Rice Soaked 1kg
Salt 4tbs
Water a lot of
Bay leaf 2
Star Anise 1
Dum:
Mint Leaves Handful
Lemon Slice of one lemon
Green Chilies 3
Yellow Food Color
Ghee 3tbs
