You know the bbq chicken you have in Tonga from the bbq stalls? Yeah I was craving that so I made some over the weekend and I can say, I tasted a bit of home right in my kitchen. The taste of the chicken was tender and the marinade sauce was just so ifo (delicious) I had it smeared all over my face when I was eating (but I'm at home so who's looking..besides my brother lol). Definitely one of my top recipes you all should try. Hope you all enjoy!
Ingredients
3 tablespoon diced garlic
1 1/3 cup soysauce
3/4 brown sugar
2 kg chicken thighs
Note:
1. Marinade chicken for 1hour or longer
2. BBQ chicken for 15-20 mins flipping both sides and baste with marinade sauce
