Meh. Another " Texas Craft BBQ" joint sells out to a corporate restaurant chain owner. How disappointing. I'm not driving 3 hours to eat BBQ at a joint owned by Lou Lambert or Johnny Carrabba. I want to support Texas BBQ and the owners that made it happen. Not these corporate chain restaurant vultures. That's too bad to hear about Flores. You're hardly "Texas Craft BBQ" when you have a multi million $$$ building and Johnny Carrabba keeps looking at his watch wanting to know when he's going to get his money back.
