I pack big jalapeños 75 beef/25 cheese. Wrap with bacon/ dust the bacon. Even 400 degrees. Mop with trace amount bbq sauce. Use jar of Tostitos ranch etc dipping that pepper. Chill the dip first. Ol do the same to your peeper recipe.
