Finally! I found my candle channel vibe. A lot of other channels talk too fast. It's like they're speedballing. I'm trying to gently wake up over some coffee and candle chat, not get lit for a rave. Also, you have such a classic smooth and sensual vibe. What coffee and candles should be. Very 90's cool girl. Love it. And yes, consider making more channels. I would watch them. Just for the simple fact you don't assault my ears with that screechy, "HEY GUYS" intro. Wishing you great success.

This is the lamest candle day in all my years shopping at BBW. I literally left the store with only 2 (!!!) candles, and honestly I could easily go even w/o them In previous years, I used to get 2-3 bags full of candles (though last year, was a bit lighter too) Even the new neutrals collection for the Candle day were mostly repackages, not impressed at all I have 3 stores in my town, and none of them had a line during late afternoon hours Yes, the stores were quite busy, but not that anybody was lining outside

It was super lame. I bought less than half as many candles as I normally buy, and they were mostly just backups or replacements for ones I emptied this year.

I made the mistake of burning my Kwanzaa candle too late because I heard it was light. But after it got going, I really loved it. Very soothing and warm. But now they’re all sold out in my stores and online.

I wish I would have seen this comment earlier! I went Friday, and stocked up. After watching all the reviews, I went back to see what they had left. Not much. I picked Happy Hanukah instead of the Kwanza. They had 3 or 4 left. I would have got one for you.

I have The Perfect Winter burning beside me in my bedroom right now. Snowflakes and Citrus is not new at all. I love that candle and have been buying it for years. It's never been light though. I have one from last year I burned just a few days ago, and it performed amazingly. I've never gotten a body care note at all, but haven't smelled this year's version. It normally smells like standing outside on a snow day and add citrus. The Forever Red packaging always reminds me of the Giorgio Red perfume from the early 90s, which I wore when my husband and I got together.

We bought 9 today. We didn’t get more because we bought in the last $10.95 candles sale with a 25% off coupon. A better deal. My husband picked 3 Into the Night, 2 Evergreen & Fir and an Iced Winter Balsam. I picked Forever Red (not sure about this one either), Hot Cocoa & Cream and Hot Cinnamon Buns. The store was very crowded but it was still fun.

Snowflake citrus is Midnight blue citrus repackaged. Exact same scent notes

I bought 24 different scents lol, one of them being Snowflakes & Citrus which is a re-package of Midnight Blue Citrus. Another was Limoncello being Sugared Lemon Zest. Interesting to learn that Frosted Forest is a re-package of The Perfect Winter. Still being new to this brand, almost a full year, you still learn about re-packaging. We don't need another Champagne Toast package, they totally over did it. I'll be finishing BBW Cedar & Suede and YC's Poinsettia is a light floral, thought that flower didn't have a scent. I got 11 of the scents that you picked up. Nice haul.

Omgoodness. I just came across your channel today. You're so informative. Subscribed! I was in store at 5 am yesterday and I had NO idea Frosted Forest was the Perfect Winter!! I would've of grabbed two!! I didn't even bother smelling it. I loved Summer. I grabbed it last year and I almost didn't want to burn it because I had no idea if I would ever see it again. I caved in August of this year. My FAVORITE! Coppertone in a bottle. Sadly, none of them ( Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall) BUT now I know Frosted Forest was Winter. Ugh. Refuse to go back up there.

Had to work today, so I waited in online queue during exercise. I picked up Vanilla Balsam, returning fave Fresh Orange (now sold out online), Pineapple Mango, & Cinnamon Spiced Vanilla. I may stop in store over the weekend if not too crazy. Enjoy your candles! 🛍️

I went in store today and re/smelled almost everything. So enjoyable! I don’t watch much tv, but I still smell the collaboration candles. I passed on Emily In Paris and also this round of Bridgerton. The leather candle smells like the leather interior of a car without the new car smell. Boring, and I don’t want my house smelling like it. I may revisit the floral one at a later date. Nice labels though! I picked up 8 today: -Cozy Sunday Night (x2): This has become a favourite and I especially enjoy it in the evening…any time of year! I may gift one. -Palo Santo: Haven’t burned/warmed it yet but it smells so good on cold. Not masculine, in my opinion. A gentle, mildly sweet and spicy, relaxing scent. -Happy Kwanzaa: Liked this the first time I smelled it and finally brought it home to try. -Coffee: This smells great! Strong and authentic. Gift for my daughter. Nice label too. -North Pole Punch: This’ll be my first time trying it. Debated about this one but it just smells so juicy and fun! Any apple is waaaay in the back and almost imperceptible and I hope it stays that way when warmed. -Gingerbread Bakery: Not overly sweet and the Ginger’s not hiding. Hoping for the best with this. -Peach Bellini: So rich and pleasant. I love Peach! I don’t buy any perfume scents and I especially won’t even consider a candle of a scent that I actually wear. We rarely get a perfect read on a candle in store, this is true. I don’t hesitate to return when they don’t meet my expectations once smelled at home. Thanks for sharing your Candle Day adventure!✌️

I’m from Jersey and I pronounce caramel “carmel” too 😂 And yeah Snowflakes & Citrus has been out numerous times (and is also a repackage of Midnight Blue Citrus). It’s definitely come out in prettier packaging before.😅 I got up and ordered online this morning and yeah, it was a clusterf***. Why a huge company like BBW can’t fix the web issues for Candle Day even with a queue is beyond me. I agree about the timing of the burning the coffee candles. 😂

I feel you girl, sick too i didn't even bother going online until this evening partially the 102 fever and partially the ridiculous waiting room garbage from last year that didn't get me wanted anyway despite the effort. Yup on the F*** they just gave up. And the same thing to all the jacked up persons who ruin the little joys like getting a bow top candle for your mom or whomever when you want something nice but don't have the money because these donkey holes come in and swoop them up to sell for $$$. People used to be kind to each other, have consideration for others not anymore. Was hoping for the hot buttered rum but gone. Nothing else new or exciting. Seriously they didn't even try for Emily in Paris. Thank you for not being a Netflix drone I don't get it, but apparently others love it. I really appreciate your humor and honesty. I have not checked out because I keep asking myself if I could be any more bored? 😴

Ooookayyyyy. I received a BBW shipment today that was almost completely incorrect. I ordered 5 candles & 1 candle sleeve. I received 9 candles, only 2 of which I actually ordered. Customer service on the phone was helpful; they ordered the 3 missing candles & sleeve to be shipped to me & said I could take the 7 wrong candles to a local BBW store. Too bad I can’t stand Black Cherry Merlot & ‘Tis the Season! Someone loves those & ordered several dupes. Check your BBW boxes right when you receive them, people! Apparently, Candle Day madness affected the shipping department, too. 😵‍💫 R🍁

I remember purchasing Evergreen a few years ago, and I remember liking it. The neutrals candle could be a repackage, but I think it would have to be a repackage they messed up the formula on. Something in this one screeched to me in an offensive way. I think they messed with the scent percentages. I couldn’t get away from this iteration of Evergreen fast enough.

Very underwhelmed with the candle selection this year. The packaging was very cheap feeling & not much of an effort . Feliz Navidad package was so luxe last year, but no throw. It was strange they changed the direction away from the jelly donut scent of Happy Hanukkah?? I do quite enjoy Vanilla Eggnog!

I wonder if Bath & Body Works is trying to cut some costs given how the economy is? I know they probably have no shortage of money, but maybe it is a factor ? I thought maybe they are focused on all the fan favourites like Champagne Toast because they sell, rather than anything too new or risky. Also maybe they are more focused on their collaborations, like a lot of other brands are doing. So when the seasons come by it seems there are less new seasonal scents because of this? I don't really care for the collabs, I personally would rather have new seaonally themed scents! We didn't get enough new for fall OR for Christmas imo! I had to skip the sale anyways because I can't afford it. Love watching your reviews too btw!! Makes me feel like I actually bought something! 😂💜

Hello!! Well you did pretty good with your haul!! Colin’s return is a repackage to me and I didn’t like the Bridgerton show either not for me !! I did love the Pomeranians in the show though!! 😅 I like the freshly brewed coffee candle and I forgot to pick that one up. I got the Penelope one and tiki beach I love coconut scents even if they are generic! 😊thank you for sharing your haul !! Enjoy your personality 😊

You definitely just have to make your own candle. All you do is complain, complain, complain. Maybe your nose never worked..Kingle throws for me, Yankee’s in the 2wicks throw for me (not as strong as Kringle/Home Worx/BBW/GC) Home Worx/BBW/GC throw for me. Get fans going etc get circulating air in your house, use hurricanes. Just make your own candles

Colin’s Return was the better of the two but still kind of a weak leather to me. Nothing too unique about it and I’ve definitely had better. I liked the fragrance of Macaron Cloud, but that candle was so light on cold that I decided it wasn’t even worth purchasing and attempting to get good throw when burned. Only picked up 4 candles this Candle Day and last year I grabbed 24! Very lackluster. Thank you for sharing your haul!

This is the most disappointing candle day I’ve seen and I’m not getting anything as there’s nothing I’m excited about, plus I already have plenty of candles. Collaborations with TV shows or other brands is a turn off for me. To me it makes them look desperate. They should focus on their own brand, creating new, unique scents with great performance, and that are seasonally appropriate. Earlier this week I went into the store wanting Christmas, and it was Paris with even the music playing in French, lol!

I agree with you I bought so much during Tropical/Summer last year. Tropidelic, gingham glow, the beach candles. Fall was very basic and I didn't even bother with the netflix collabs but I am looking forward to sas. I went in planning on getting all the christmas candles even some holiday gourmands but they were just ... meh so I just ended up getting a ton of forever red and sugar plum fairy because they smell so good!!
