Walker I full agree with you. Yamaha first spend money to produce a full keyboard like S670 and then later just add some voices or extra memory or touch screen to newest models just to win money without cost and with not seriously difference. It's a very common method to win easy money adding something little more to the new models. (Exactly like Apple with iPhones).

So true - especially the example with iPhones. By the way, I remembered a saying that I once found: Weak guitarists buy new equipment all the time - good ones just practice. in principle, this can be applied to any instrument.

Is there any reason to buy an S670 over an SX600? They are the same price (where I am) and it seems that (but I'm no expert) the SX600 is almost based on the S670 but also has some new features.
