Proper legend for the football club, I met Scott in Florida on a training week away and he couldn’t do enough for the fans who were waiting outside after a game. He was very busy and still had time to meet and greet the fans who made the long trip over there. I didn’t even have to ask for a shirt, he presented me with a training shirt, and still wanted to do more. Just to be able to meet Scott was more than enough for me. Cut this man in half, and he’ll have Bristol City running right through him.

Legend does not do this guy justice. From the pitch to kit man and club ambassador, the day we signed Scotty was a great moment in the club’s history. Lucky enough to watch him week in and week out during his career and he put everything into every performance. He bleeds City and should have a job and place at the club for as long as he wants it. What a guy !

Total club legend. Fantastic player and community supporter, one of the first football players I looked up to, I will never forget when he randomly turned up at my school and signed autographs, or him coming to the sideline during the warmup to say hi. We all love to have had him as part of our club and city of Bristol for 25 years.
