i can only guess that the only way to do that will be to play it urself. play it at 1/x speed (notes prolonged x-times). record it, listen : ) even that is not complete to get this sound i guess.

Take 3 or 4 synth sounds and lay one over the other and viola voices in the sky. It is not magic, it is synthesizers. Beautiful in spots but totally man-made.
