Jay Coen Gilbert, Co-Founder of B Lab, gives a keynote speech at the B Corp Summit - held in Amsterdam in September 2019.
Jay discusses the importance of systems change to move us from the outdated model of Shareholder Capitalism to a new evolution called Stakeholder Capitalism where business operates in the interests of all.
He talks of a new agenda centred on people, not profits and how B Corps are at the heart of this change, building a movement of leaders using business as a force for good.
