I have a plot in Anekal which comes under BMRDA. Am I eligible to apply for a plot in Karanth layout? Basically, my question is what is the eligibility to apply?

@@nandinib8261 if site is in your name already you cannot apply you can apply on your wife name or parents name if they don't have any sites registered on there names

Sir: I had bought a 1500 sqft site in BMRDA approved layout in Uttari, South Bangalore near to Kaggalipura, but recently the Layout’s survey number is marked for peripheral ring road and BDA new layout. What will happen to our site/layout sir, it has been approved by BMRDA and if BDA takes over what will be the compensation we get for 1500 sqft site which I own. Your reply will be greatly appreciated sir 🙏
