I think, u can freeze for few hours and fry to eat. But if you make them in large quantity tuen you can freeze it upto 3 months and eat whenever you want.

You should fry in low to medium flame only. If you fry in high flame then Nuggets will become brown but will not be cooked from inside. Just follow this technic
