@@Invidentia I know, but a single full harvest of ~2500 special (or 10,000 white) strawberry would save me 7m and ive gone through hundreds of thousands (hundreds of mil in strawberry's) It would be much better if I could just farm them myself and save.

@@Flanktank2 tbh there's so much crap that needs to be farmed and only 10 fences that farming for a mat you can buy is incredibly inefficient. You'd be better off farming anything else, even milk.

@@summer_rains With LoML they have nodes now that bring in flowers. I know they're not Delotias, but making tea is now simplified.

its matter of preferance and what you do, for example im doing only and only life skill, im doing majority of time hunting, and once i get 150-200 000 meat, i craft balenos meals, for what i need and how many meat i gather, i just prefer yield from white crops over 10min of my time.... if you do 4 harvest per day it take an hour ish to harvest all of them compared to 10-15minutes with magical seeds. ill rather harvest extra those few minutes and get 50% more crops.... i think at the end its matter of preferance....

Thx for the video Summer. Do you also know how special crops compare to magical crops? Or in a more general way: What do you think is the best option if one still cares (at least a bit) for EXP? E.g. planting Hot Pepper without workers

Specials seeds are by far the best when farming for EXP. That's because they give more prunes than magicals (cause more plants) and drop mysterious seeds (big EXP), which white and HQ don't. For profit, or for products like stonetail fodder / fruits etc., magicals are the only reasonable choice because of the insane time efficiency.

@@summer_rains Agreed. Even back when this update released it was more beneficial to use magical seeds for the time efficiency at/above Artisan skill. Since the newer life skill changes to condense the byproducts to "Blush Leaves" for trade in, Magical seeds are what to use for the majority of farming. If you don't have Artisan farming yet, strive to get the Special seeds and save the mysterious seeds, so when you do hit Artisan, you can convert the specials to magical to have more efficiency. I have whole town storages holding different magical seeds of various types so I can rotate crops to have a constant supply too, if there aren't nodes to have my workers harvest for me.

Any tips on sustainably farming more then one seed? I started planting Magic carrots (4 fences), normal hot peppers (4 fences) and normal Black peppers (2 fences).

I would rotate the crops, so farming carrots for a few days/weeks, then hot pepper etc. Besides, I strongly suggest you farm magical seeds because of the reasons I outline in the video :)

rotating crops is less annoying than running a few at a time, but to sustain you just need to breed until you have enough seeds to refill however many fences you decide per crop. In your example, breed your normal black peppers until you're holding 20 seeds then harvest the rest and replant the 20 seeds.

yo, i need a answer from PRO-lifeskiller, as a player who always was grinding mobs im interested in some other content for now, and my question is what's better for lifeskiller empty server or nearly full like EU, i'm playing on another cluster and this market is kinda empty, so what u will prefer the as a lifeskiller an empty server like MENA or EU?

More crowded server is always better IMO. Less populated servers don't have the market demand to do anything worthwhile with lifeskills. For reference, MENA sells 240k Valencia meals daily while EU sells 2.4mil. 240k (the whole market demand for that day) is 4 hours of cooking with a maxed setup.

You can either harvest (R) or breed (f5) - the exact key binds may vary. Only breeding gives seeds.

Heya, I'm not sure I understand the question. Mysterious seeds (which are different from magical seeds!) are rare drops from pruning/breeding special or magical seeds. They're not sustainable to farm.

If you have the Mysterious seed byproducts, you can upgrade 1 special seed, with 2 mysterious seeds and 10 purified water to get 1 magical seed. I don't know how long that was an ability, but I didn't find that out till a month ago!

Keep in mind that white crops are criminally underpriced on the market. When turning blue into white, you're paying 1/4 of the price of a blue for one white crop. That's still much more expensive than the market price of white crops (though that price is not realistic cause you can't actually get them for that price).

@@christianeydner7726 You'll make money from selling any crop, but how fast they sell and at what price depends on market demand. From what I'm seeing in certain realms, it's more profitable to cook to make certain meals/alchemy for certain potions/stones/upgrades than to sell the raw materials.

Man are you high? 15 min for a hq crop to become harvestable/breedable? Im waiting for 2-5 days with a playtime of around 3 hours a day. Also im getting 250 crop pieces per magical seeds. What are these calculations? xDDD

1. 15 mins refers to the active time it takes to harvest 10 strong fences. Most crops don't take more than 3-4 hours to grow in the right conditions. If you're waiting 2-5 days you're doing something wrong. 2. Magical seeds drop 150 crops per harvest on average according to the game files and tests by the community. I'd appreciate if you took one minute to think before writing comments like this.
